eating Otah during pregnancy

one of the dish I like to eat is Otah. does anyone know if it contains any of the "fish" that is not safe to be consumed during pregnancy?

Would suggest to avoid Otah during pregnancy as it contains coconut and not sure of the freshness of the fish. Would suggest to have steamed fish...
