Dieting did help but in the long run, I feel like i'm limiting myself to good food.
Dieting is a temporary solution, rather eat healthy n do light exercise
I prefer walking or exercises at home rather than dieting or gyming.
It’s always short term. You loose weight then gain it back again
You have to really stick to the diet to make a difference
Yes it did help me loose excess weight to feel lighter.
But it was hard to sustain and my weight did fluctuate
It has to be a combination of dieting and exercise
