Diet tips for pregnant women
Me di ko tinitipid pagkain ng breakfast chaka lunch. Pag dinner naman before 6 nakakain na ako kahit rice pa yan. After nun water theraphy nalang or prutas kapag nagutom pa ako.
oatmeal po ang breakfast ko with banana, apples, almonds, chia seeds, cinnamon, cacao nibs. or anything naman po na healthy toppings. so far, never ako naconstipate.
Iwas sa food na ma-uric, like cornedbeef, beef, mani, mabutong gulay like sitaw.. Iwas din po sa softdrinks at malalamig. Pwede kumain madalas pero wag biglaan,
no carbs, like rice, pasta, bread, sweets. more on fruits and vegetables, oats, fish, meat, chicken and more water. para di rin tumaas ang sugae
Low carbs po, less to sweets and salty and in moderation ang caffeine. You can eat well cooked meat, fish, veggies and fruits.
Hinay lang sa pagkain. Wag labis. Tamang tikim lang. Then Water intake muna bago kakain ng pang almusal etc.
Just eat healthy po lalo na yung mga rich in iron and avoid too much sugar. 🙂

Bawas po sa rice. More fruits and veggies.
