Did you want to know the gender of your baby when you were conceiving or you waited until the baby came out?

I like to be prepared so yes, I'd love to know the baby's gender before I give birth. The idea of knowing only after giving birth holds a certain romanticism but I'm quite a control freak at times (haha) and knowing beforehand will do me some good. I am the sort of person who can't even wait to watch game of thrones a day late for fear of spoilers, let alone wait 9 months to find out my baby's gender haha.
