Suddenly feeling very mild symptoms at 6 weeks plus

Did anyone have very severe symptoms around 5 weeks e.g nausea and fatigue and it just suddenly went away in week 6-7? Is it a bad sign?

It’s not a bad sign. Every women’s bodies work differently. Some mommies are just luckier with no or mild symptoms. Nobody wishes to have serve symptoms. Trust me, you wouldn’t want 🥲
