Bleeding

Did anyone have bleeding throughout pregnancy? I'm 12 weeks pregnant and had been spotting daily. Had fresh blood on 3 occasions and went to gynae quickly, but baby was ok thankfully. No cause found for bleeding, not even having infection! Dr say might just need more bed rest. I feel bad about not going to work as my team is very small and they have to take on my responsibilities as well! How to cope with work guilt?

hi im currently 7wks and 2days pregnant and was bleeding on my 6wks and half.When to kkh but doc didn't say anything abt my bleeding only saw that they can see my baby tissue and no heartbeat as it was still small.does it really harm my baby?1st time encounter this.Quite worried some
