Bleeding

Did anyone have bleeding throughout pregnancy? I'm 12 weeks pregnant and had been spotting daily. Had fresh blood on 3 occasions and went to gynae quickly, but baby was ok thankfully. No cause found for bleeding, not even having infection! Dr say might just need more bed rest. I feel bad about not going to work as my team is very small and they have to take on my responsibilities as well! How to cope with work guilt?

Bleeding might be caused from initial Low placenta at early stages of pregnancy. I had spotting at week 7-8 on and off. Then a gush of fresh blood and clot at w9 cos I orgas 😳try not to have couple time during 1st trimester. Now at 13w, no bleeding

On and off spotting during first trimester..my nurse told me is due to uterus stretching..not instructed for bed rest. Jus needed to monitor.
