Bleeding

Did anyone have bleeding throughout pregnancy? I'm 12 weeks pregnant and had been spotting daily. Had fresh blood on 3 occasions and went to gynae quickly, but baby was ok thankfully. No cause found for bleeding, not even having infection! Dr say might just need more bed rest. I feel bad about not going to work as my team is very small and they have to take on my responsibilities as well! How to cope with work guilt?

My bleeding stop after 1st injection and daily I take duphaston as prescribed by doc. And offcourse make myself rest on bed as much as possible. My colleague have bleeding even with medicine, so she have to quit working and rest at home until she give birth. After give birth only she find new job.
