Poor results for Detailed Fetal Anomaly Scan

Dear mummies, am a little worried after getting some disturbing results for the 20th wk fetal anomaly scan. Bilateral club foot detected and more worryingly bilateral uterine notches which causes poor blood flow to baby via placenta, possibly resulting in low birth weight/premature baby and gestational hypertension for mama... wonder if TCM has any cure for the latter since its to do with blood flow? Gynae prescribed aspirin and told me to try taking until week 35 but still Feeling extremely worried!
