37 weeks+ too early?

dear mummies, may I know if 37weeks+ too early for baby to be out if I'm opting for c-section?

37 wks is alr considered 'full term' but typically if it's an elective csect gynae wld ask to wait till at least 38th wk just to ensure tt baby's lungs are fully developed. I had mine at 39+2.
