Have a look at solidstarts on Instagram. They have amazing resources on starting solids for babies. I started with steamed-until-soft foods like broccoli, apple, sweet potato, pear. Naturally soft foods like banana and avocado are great too!
It depends which route you’re taking - BLW, purées, or mixed types! I started my baby with rice cereal with breastmilk, and steamed apples :)
