Nausea and vomiting at work

Hi mummies, How do you cope with first trimester nausea and vomiting at work? Did it affect your performance and relationship with colleagues. Anxious mom here, will be going through a traineeship programme at work soon.

Sour gummies really help me! I take The Natural Confectionary’s Sour Chews. Only problem is that they melt and get a bit messy so I keep them in the fridge and take a few to work with me in a separate carrier. Sour skittles work too and are much less messy!

How do mummies cope with 2 or more kids.

Dear mommies, I have a 2 year old currently in childcare and another baby will come by next year in February 2023. My hubby and me working office hour. We have no extra help (no helper, no parents help). We want to put our 2nd baby through infant care but that doesn't solve our problem of coping through sleepless night and household chores. How do mummies cope with this?

part time cleaner to do deep clean if you can. as for chores, need to wait schedule properly to do during your time off work.

Hi mummies i have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and will require removal of my tonsils. Gynae recommend to do the surgery during my 2nd trimester and i must be under general anaesthesia.is general anaesthesia safe for my unborn baby.?anyone had any form of surgery or anaesthesia given to them during their pregnancy before?(just want additional assurance from mummies who have been through such situations)
