Feeling discriminated due to Vaccination status
Dear fellow pregnant mummies, did u take your covid vaccinations? I decided to wait until delivery as I'm near my last trimester but feel sad not able to dine out due to the new measures. Anyone else feeling the same too?
The subject of whether to vaccinate or not was bothering me as long as i didn’t take it. I get paranoid whether family members can pass me virus since they go out. I try to stay isolated for many months, not seeing family which was affecting my mental well being, because I also need the interaction, and good mental health is also essential for healthy pregnancy. Then the decision to weigh risk from Covid and the medicine I must take to fight Covid versus the vaccine I take to prevent Covid. Which have more studies out and which is less risky? So I made my choice to vaccinate based on these reasons. Even now I’ll still be careful on going out to dine and seeing friends or too many people or arranging for any repairs or fixes in the house.
