Itchy underarms

On the day that marked my 24th week, I suddenly have red bumps in my underarms and they are so itchy! I noticed it worsens everytime I finished shower and put tawas powder on it. Any insights? Also recos for deo that might work for me. I think I need one that's light and moisturizing. Tia!

baka sa hormones din po dahil buntis po tayo.kase ako ang tagal ko ng gamit ang milcu ngayong buntis ako nangati sya as in tpos nangitim..baby girl po sya.kase ung 1st child ko di nmn ako ganito
