Itchy underarms

On the day that marked my 24th week, I suddenly have red bumps in my underarms and they are so itchy! I noticed it worsens everytime I finished shower and put tawas powder on it. Any insights? Also recos for deo that might work for me. I think I need one that's light and moisturizing. Tia!

Morning sickness

How to alleviate morning sickness at pregnancy headache? Para sa moms na naka try how did you deal with it. Di pa ko nangalahati sa first tri pero parang ang hirap2 na. 😫

First thing to do early in the morning, drink a cup of water po para mailabas niyo po yung parang acid po na nag c-cause ng parating pag duduwal. Water lang po para po pag nilabas niyo di po magasgas lalamunan tsaka para di po masyado mapait. Sa meals po, wag pong 3 heavy meals. Pakonti konti kahit po every 2 hours ganun po kain po kayo para maiwasan din ang pagduduwal. Mag crackers crackers po kayo tsaka hard candies pero in moderation lang po sa candy para po maiwasan ang diabetes 😊
