Pumping milk but so little

Day 13 but my breast milk still cannot produce 1oz at per pumping. Is it normal?

Normal. The body will produce more overtime. Also, you can check your pump flange size (if the size is wrong, not all milk will be pumped out). Size can be different for both breasts ya.
