on and off fever for 5days

My daugther (age 6), has acquired flu. Her eyes is watery and coughing for more than a week now. Yesterday we visit her pedia and gave us antibiotic and ambroxol. But Im still worried because her temperature still varies. But with regards to her behavior, she stills play when her temp subside and still drinking plenty of fluids. Should I take her to the hospital for comfinement?
