Baby throwing up after feed

Hi - my daughter is throwing up in small amounts for the last 2 days after feeding (not all feeds). This happens even after we've burped her at least 2-4 times after feeding. She just turned 3 weeks old today and consumes on average 2.5-3.5 ounces each feed. I don't think she is gassy or has colic as she seldom cries. This may have to do more with her digestive tract which is maturing. It's not a projectile vomit but more of milk coming out from the sides of her mouth well after 45 minutes to an hour after feeding. Any experiences/suggestions once could share? We have written to her pediatrician but would like to get some feedback here in the interim. Many thanks.

If its not every feed then it's normal to have some spit up as their stomach muscle have yet to matured. 💪💪

It’s normal. It will go away (get better) as they grow older.
