My dau is 10 weeks old. She screams and screams. Is it that she wants attention? Please advice. When I carry her she keeps quiet and smiling always.

It certainly sounds as though she is for attention. She is getting more alert and aware of her surroundinqs and is experimenting how she can call for attention. Try talking to her and showing her toys. You may not need to carry her all the time.
