Hello, co medical student! Anong inaaral mo? Vet student ako, med proper na. Just wanna know your opinions or suggestions on 3rd trimester of pregnancy sexual intercourse. How early should it start for it to be beneficial for childbirth?

Hi mommy☺ I am currently studying BS in Midwifery👌 about the sexual intercourse during this trimester as much as possible avoid sexual contact until 2-3 days before or after your due date. aside from walking, squating, walking up and down in the stairs sperm will also help you to open and soften your cervix esp. if the mommy is already 2cm or more. and about 2-3 days after due date not all due date will dictate that's the day na lalabas talaga si baby it's just an idea to get ready cause any time lalabas na si baby.. due date is either late or advance two weeks
