Dads, ano kaya magandang gawin if your son isn't interested in sports? I'm not planning to turn him into a sports prodigy, pero I just want to make him go out more and be more active. Any ideas?

Laging tandaan na ang habits ng ating mga anak ay nagsisimula sa ating mga magulang. You are the role model. Your habits affect your children's habits. If physical activity is a habit for you, it will more likely become a habit for your children. Ang Importante ay nag eenjoy sila, kaya wag natin silang pilitan instead, find activities na gusto nilang gawin and will do with out being asked. Like : *Have your child invite a friend over once a week for a planned physical activity, such as a bike ride, a water balloon toss, or swimming . *Pwede din kayong sumali sa ibang pamilya and create "neighborhood" time with group activities like touch football,or basketball. *Hayaan mong mag try ang anak mo na organized ibat ibang activities to see what he or she enjoys, such as tennis, T-ball, soccer, or martial arts. Praise your child for doing sports that he or she enjoys. *Limitahan ang panonood nya ng TV, pag lalaro ng video games, or computer time to 2 hours a day or less (not including time for schoolwork). Sit down with your child to plan out how he or she will use this time. *Huwag maglagay ng TV sa loob ng room ng anak mo if possible . As you make plans to encourage physical activity such as sports, isipin ang mga problema that might keep your child and family from being physically active. Common things such as masamang panahon, maraming ginagawa, or just being pagud can happen all too easily. Mag isip ng ibang options so that you and your child stay active.
