based sa articles nabasa ko may certain ingredients na bawal tlga for preggers like retinol. pero niacinamide is supposedly okay, better to consult your OB :) ako naglean na lng ako towards sa safe side, reduced my skin care to human nature facial wash, and aloe vera as moisturizer :)

yes, mula nung napreggy ako, cetaphil wash at cream na lang ginamit ko at tinigil ko muna yung iba. niacinamide and HA is ok for preggy based sa studies but better go to milder and safer options na lang po. or pwede mong i-ask kay OB na lang just to ber sure..

hello Po mga mommies .. nagstop din po ba kayo mag apply Ng sunscreen? lactating mom po Ako to my first born .. 7mos na sya . 7mos na Rin no use of sunscreen . planning to use Biore kids uv sunscreen .. any idea Po? thank you mga mommies

better check yung mga ingredients kung pregnant women and lactating women friendly ba sila. if nag skincare ka tlaga siguro switch to mild ones and walang actives. if madaming pimples pedeng mag ask sa derma and ob para safe.

I use human nature facial wash. Aside from that wala na akong nilalagay sa face ko. So far, so good. My skin is glowing because of preggy hormones na din cguro.😊

yes po, pati shampoo at sabo nagpalit din ako. Facial wash ko is Cetaphil na mild and other than that wala na ako nilalagay.

Simula nung nalaman kong buntis ako di na muna ako nagskin care even sa soap. Ang ginamit ko is baby soap lang j&j.

I stopped using any skin care products when I got pregnant. Chemical is chemical, better safe than sorry.

better dalhin nyo po pakita ninyo sa ob
