14 weeks preggy with fever

Hello po mga mommies and soon-to-be mommies, need pa mag pa hospital if may fever tayo? Last temp ko is 37.7 and my partner is insistent na mag pa hospital na daw ako. I started feeling cold 2 days ago, chinicheck ko din temp ko from time to time and nasa 37.2 lng sya before but today, tumaas sya to 37.7. Should I get admitted?
