Currently I'm pregnant(1st trimester) with no.2, my no.1 is 1yr old. Sometimes i carry her and she struggle and kick my tummy. She is 9.5kg Is it safe? Can i still carry her?

I'm pregnant with no2 also... I seldom carry no1... recently when carried him More, I started to feel aches so I stopped. If possible let others carry no1.
