Any energy-giving solutions?

Currently at 6 months and I work in an office, and usually to focus I either drink matcha, coffee or this mood booster that also has caffeine. But at the moment, even if I drink a few sips, I will vomit it out. Any suggestions on what I could take for energy and focus?
