Should I go to the hospital na ba?

Currently 39 weeks preggy and ganito na interval ng contractions ko within 25 mins. May lumabas na rin kanina na brown and bloody discharge. Should I go to the hospital na ba? I'm a FTM kasi so i don't know if this is a sign of active labor na ba. #1stimemom #firstbaby

Congrats mamsh.. 39weeks na ako sa sabado sana nmn lumabas na huhu kabado bente..
