Hi, currently at 34 weeks pregnant. Brown discharge can be seen and i've been changing panty liner twice in a day (today is first day). Swollen and itchy vagina includes a strong acidic smell. Should i be worried? Don't wanna waste time going to doctor and ended up giving me over-the-counter cream. Do advice!
