Brown discharge

I got brown discharge and its the 8th day already. I seen the gynae on the 1st day when i bleed but the baby is ok with heartbeat. The dr gave me dygestrone to be taken 3times a day. Should i be worrying? How long will the discharge last?

Hi, I had the same last week at 28wk due to low placenta. Last monday fresh blood, go gynae, jab progesterone and utrogestan for 2 weeks. Detailed scan on Friday, everything is fine. Clear pads on Sat night, go out whole day, then blob of old blood on Sunday. Go gynae, jab progesterone, eat antibiotics (BV detected), next day pea sized on pads. The key is resting when the body tell u so.

how much discharge, light or dark brown? brown blood is usually nothing to worry about. i had it throughout my first trimester and delivered my baby with no issue
