iwasan mo ang mga carbonated drinks and juices sa tetra pack at mag less ka matatamis at maalat na food mag more on gulay at water ka sikapin mo den pagdating ng gae wag ka mag rice it was a big help kase ganyan ginawa ko sa 1st born ko at sa 2nd baby namen dahil mas better na paglabas na ni baby sya palakihin
more on gulay po kayo like okra baka kasi mataas blood sugar mo. Tapos bawas ka po ng kanin, mas maganda kung nasusukat mo like 1 cup rice lang tapos more on gulay ka at pwede ring isda at manok. Basta sa kanin ka po magbawas at i least ang mga sugary foods
22weeks here pinag diet Ako kasi mataas sugar ko.. 1/2 Cup per meal ang gawa ko tapos more on gulay... kahit konting giniling lang sahog sa gulay pwede na...less Salt and Seasoning Powder... Less sweets din more water ..
diet lang po sa carbohydrate and sugary food, ganyan po nirecommend sa akin ng OB kung 1 rice ang kain ko sa gabi make it half rice lang daw or kung 3x a day ako mag rice gawin ko daw 2x a day n lang bfast at lunch lang
more on ulam, less rice and anything carbs/sweets., avoid mo white bread at white rice.. gulay, prutas, oats, wheat bread.
