Hi! I have the same question. It's been almost four months since I had a C-section (lscs). I'm breastfeeding and also bottle feeding. I've read articles that say we won't get our period until we start weaning, but I haven't talked to anyone who can confirm that. I also get phantom menstrual cramps sometimes, but I haven't gotten my period yet.
