Some Churches and Temples may also offer free Counselling services but be mindful that they may be para-counsellors and not fully trained. I know it costs money and yet it can make such a tremendous difference to your wellbeing. A person who is well in herself will be more productive and better able to take care of the household management, including finances. Mindful Mums run free support groups on the first Tuesday of every month.
