Super Mum

There’s folic acid found naturally in your food, so if you’re eating a well balanced diet, there’s no need to specially take tablets, unless you’re trying to conceive again, or are instructed hy a doctor:)

When the baby is delivered, you should continue to take folic acid, and you should aim for around 500 micrograms a day. Folic acid also plays a role in the health of your blood, along with your heart .

Yes should be fine but do check with your gynae on the duration as minerals requirement vary from person to person

Should be fine but if your baby is premature or has health problems, check with your gynaecologist first.
