Neurogain S

Hi, any of you consume Neurogain S during pregnancy? the doctor prescribed me with but this is the 1st time i have to take it compared to other pregnancies. Just wondering, when can i start taking it? Because the pharmacist said can start immediately, but when i did my research it says to start only on 2nd trimester 🫠 im only at my week 9th. TIA!

I got my neurogain from hospital. they asked me to eat after week 12. So before week 12, I'm eating my own supplement for pregnancy from Watson. Maybe to double confirm with your doctor again just in case.

thanks for the reply! :) i got mine from the hospital too. so probably will skip until my next appt with doctor. ive eaten them for some time though 😅
