Hi, any of you consume Neurogain S during pregnancy? the doctor prescribed me with but this is the 1st time i have to take it compared to other pregnancies. Just wondering, when can i start taking it? Because the pharmacist said can start immediately, but when i did my research it says to start only on 2nd trimester 🫠 im only at my week 9th. TIA!

I got my neurogain from hospital. they asked me to eat after week 12. So before week 12, I'm eating my own supplement for pregnancy from Watson. Maybe to double confirm with your doctor again just in case.

anyone experience bleeding/blood show but cervix still not open when you go to labour ward? how long does the bleeding last? currently at my 39(+3d) weeks. (doctor did the 'sweep' one day before)
