I need some advice for constipation, my son is 3yo and 500ml a day lang naiintake nya water.

Pilitin mo mommy mapainom sya ng milk, need nya talaga, pwede mo po sya pakainin ng high fiber foods, mga fruits rin na apple, pear, prunes. I-exercise mo po sya ng pa-bicycle style para madali mapoop👍
