For agencies, I think the nannies generally SHOULD BE able to cook well (I booked with PEM) so I crossed that out of my checklist (it was priority at first haha). Hygiene and caring for baby and mom should be your next top priorities to look out for. If you plan to breastfeed or try to bf, some reviews do mention that the nanny is encouraging and helpful in the process - this is useful too.

Ah.. but I read a lot of negative reviews of PEM in online forum thou. Hence, I’m a little worried..
