Complete na po ba yung obimin plus ? Kahit Hindi na po ba mag take ng iron or iberet ? Thanks po.

Yes, with iron na sya. No need to take Iberet unless advised by your OB. Eto yung complete list ng vitamins ng Obimin.

Ah okay po mamsh itutuloy ko po pero nabasa ko po may folic acid na po yung obimin na 1000 mcg Hindi po Kaya masosobrahan si baby sa folic acid. Syensya na mamsh first time mom ako dami Kong tanong hehehe
