Good morning momshi complete na poh ba yung obimin plus? Kahit hindi na poh ba magtake ng iron or folic acid?

Ob asked me to take folic acid with obimin plus. Pero wala ng iron na hiwalay. Hindi ko naman natanong.

Yup obimin plus softgel capsule and folicart. I take meds or supplements lang based on what my ob gyn told me na best for me. I think she knows better than I do.
