Is it common for 18months LO sweat a lot during sleep even with air cond on? Any way to tackle it? I can easily change 3 clothes in a night

Quite common from what I saw on Taiwan doctor show. Due to their hormones. It doesn’t mean they are warm or anything. They are actually comfortable. Will be ok soon
