I used to jot to it when I was younger cuz I had a fixed bedtime. But I started to do follow that practice since I was in poly
Not really and I think Chinese people don’t really follow this anymore in general
yes subconsciously especially because most of the time i'll be playing mahjong
not anymore. in fact i recall my mum asking me to sleep early back then
