What do you do when your child throws a tantrum in public?

My boy got test my patience, at bus stop some more. Just because I told him to wait until evening then can go buy Mcd. Tantrums occur. I just tell him to let out all the angers he feel inside, I am willing to wait until another bus come. Then I ask him to drink water. Hahaha

hold her, so to give comfort and use a neutral tone to calm her down, next step Instead or asking whats wrong ask what happened and discuss what happend . Prompt questions so to find the source of why she is upset. then find a solution to make feel better.

validate his feeling, hug him for a while untill he is calm, then ask what's wrong? usually I just listen untill he is done, then i can give more words to say, if this doesnt work, i would just divert his attention.

Depends on the reason of the tantrum. My skin has become quite thick after having kids so I'm usually not bothered by people looking on while I'm trying to deal with my kid. 😄

Before go out need to have conversations about behaviour and do agreement first. If thing happen try to Talk to her and distract other thing. If not work then head to home.

When their tantrum is too much, i'll bring them over a less traffic cornee and told them off about their behaviour

Starting telling them off but it wasn't working. Nowadays I ignore their requests ad they stop by themselves
