Special needs child support

Cc Teacher claimed that she FORGOT to inform me that my child injured his toe. Due to my child running away from the teacher during diaper changing. My child's toe got stuck at the door. I received my child and he was already limping. Even during receiving time, teacher didn't say anything. My child is special needs child and non verbal. ??

quite common many times we as a parent find out ourself there was a time when I check with the teacher and her reply really make me mad ? she said it's quite common for a child to fall or injure I'm just asking her if she notice my boy fell but her reply ??
