Foot massage

I’m in my early 2nd trimester. I wonder if I can go for foot massage? Sometimes I get cramps in my calves. #advicepls #firstbaby #pregnancy

Go to those massage centre that solely offers pre and post natal massages and ask if they do foot massages. I remember seeing somewhere that we cannot anyhow press and massage especially the foot area. 😊
