Try drinking some 100plus (recommended by my doc) and wear compression socks. When having cramps, squeeze your calf tight or place your legs down at the side of the bed. It help to release the cramp.

Same. I get this almost every night. Bought compression socks and it helped a abit, but still cramp 🥲 It said to help prevent water retention too.

Yes, it’s meant to wear during sleep!

Sameeee i rarely had it or even never had it my whole life and now in 2nd trim i would randomly get it in the middle of sleep and damn painful

Oh this can be countered with flexing ur calves, so do the opposite of pointing ur toes. Thats what the nurses shared! hope it helps

My gynae suggested calcium when i told her about the cramps!!

Lack of calcium… not enough calcium give u cramps
