Back of knee & calf pain

Currently in late 3rd trimester, working desk bound. Anyone experience pain, like a muscle strain/stretched, from back of knee till back of calf when standing or walking after sitting down for a while ? I realised i always get that pain after sitting on my desk for awhile 😣 Can be very painful at times, but not excruciating to the point i cant walk. #FTM

Omg I have but when sleeping! Its horrible and i have never had this before :( I have to massage my calf and its super painful when it happens

Yes leg cramps! Quite common in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. Happened to me when i was sleeping. Have to quickly get up and stretch my legs.

Yes normal, try to go on bed rest!
