UPT sebelum period

Boleh ke check upt sebelum period? Atau check selepas bersama, boleh check hari ke berapa? Sejenis tak sabar ?

Kalau period memang tetap setiap bulan boleh je cek sebelum hari sepatutnya period. Jangan la cek selepas bersama. Sperm pun xsempat jumpa telur. Kalau tahu hari subur yg betul, boleh cek 14 hari selepas subur.
