Low red blood cell

Hi..my blood test result shows that I am anaemic.Low in red blood cells and was advise to take iron pills.Where do I get this pills?By taking Obimin pills, is it enough?

I was low in iron when I was pregnant and gynae prescribed me with Iberet Folic 500. Can get at any pharmacy (got mine at the hospital's pharmacy) and I only need to take that and stop my multivitamins which was also prescribed before. Now 15 days postpartum and I still need to take the iron tablet for a month.

thank u fr sharing.I will ask my gynae on the nex visit.I do not want to overdose myself with self medication plus all this multivitamins.
