Is it normal to have bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy?

hindi po normal mash. f my discharges po. consult your OBgyne po. baka po maselan pagbunbuntis nio po. like mine po, meron din po discharges color red and sumasakit tyan ko po. i was advised by OB of complete bedrest on my first trimester po plus and pampakapit na meds.
