I do have PCOS, my menstration is not normal, I don’t get to have them every month. Maswerte na lang ako kapag nagkaroon ako ng magkasunod na buwan. So it’s hard for us to use calendar method and I don’t want to use any other contraceptives that’s why we use withdrawal na lang.
