Hi po ask ko lang Best time to take po ng OBIMIN PLUS, CALCIUMADE, HEMARATE FA AT GAVISCON CHEWABLE? My schedule time to take; 8am Hemarate FA without meal 11am CALCIUMADE 12pm OBIMIN PLUS after meal 7pm CALCIUMADE after meal Before sleeping GAVISCON around 10pm or 11pm Tama po ba ito? #advicepls

Yung gaviscon tinatake lang po kung inaacid or hinaheartburn 30 mins after meal. Pero kung di naman, much better wag inumin. Yung ibang mommies reco na yung Obimin itake ng gabi before sleeping or after dinner. Which is effective din sakin. Tinatake ko yung Obimin ng gabi kasi hiyangan kasi minsan nakakasuka sya. Sakin kasi Calcidin at Obimin Plus lang. Kaya morning Calcidin after breakfast. Then after dinner yung Obimin Plus.
